WOMEN'S WHOLE HEALTH PROGRAM

Taking good care of one's self means nurturing more than one's physical health. It includes giving equal attention to one's emotional, mental, spiritual, and relational needs as well. Women, in their drive to care for others, may tend to neglect their own health needs.

We created the Women's Whole Health Program (WWHP) to encourage women to take care of their whole health - body, mind and spirit. In conjunction with area physicians and through the WWHP, we provide women with counseling, educational seminars, referrals, and resources for a variety of issues, including:

Depression, Anxiety, Relationships, Divorce, Violence, Abuse, Trauma, Premenstrual Syndrome, Menopause, Infertility, Miscarriage, Acute or Chronic Illness, Adoption, Grief, Mothering, Parenting, Post-Abortion Reactions, Crisis or Unplanned Pregnancy, Sexual Diseases, Sexual Dysfunction, Sexual Harassment or Discrimination

The goals of the WWHP are to promote the whole health of women, explore and understand women's issues, help women overcome emotional and social barriers to growth, promote healthy relationships, and serve as a support and resource for women in times of struggle.
